About

Hello, I'm here to meet you where it's real.

I work with people who are capable, reflective, and tired of abandoning themselves.

My approach draws from Vedic traditions, the teachings of Osho and Mooji, the precision of the Enneagram, and the rigor of Self-determination theory. But this work is not theoretical.

It is practical. It is precise. And it is built around one core principle:

Self-trust is the foundation of intimacy, clarity, and freedom. Everything else follows.

Over the years, I've developed an embodied approach to transformation that goes beyond insight and understanding. Most people who find their way here have already done a lot of inner work. They understand their patterns. What they can't yet do is remain with themselves when it actually counts.

This work focuses on that exact edge.

The Work

What is Self-Trust?

When you trust yourself, you stop shaming yourself or believing you should somehow be different.

Self-trust is not confidence. It's not certainty. It's not knowing you'll always make the right choice.

It's the capacity to stay with yourself when things get uncomfortable. To remain present when emotion rises. To tolerate uncertainty without controlling or disappearing.

Self-trust is what allows you to speak before pressure becomes rupture. To make choices you can stand behind later. To have intimacy that doesn't require self-abandonment.

Self-trust is not something you build through willpower. It emerges when you stop leaving yourself to survive your life.

What changes

  • Less internal noise and self-doubt
  • Fewer reactive decisions
  • More honest speech without escalation
  • A nervous system that can hold intensity

What doesn't

  • You don't become someone new
  • Life doesn't stop being difficult
  • Emotions don't disappear
  • You just stop leaving yourself when they arise

The Approach

Ancient wisdom meets modern understanding

This work integrates multiple traditions not to create a system, but to meet you wherever you are. Different doorways lead to the same room.

Vedic Wisdom

Ancient understanding of consciousness and the nature of self that transcends the personal story.

Osho & Mooji

Direct pointing to presence, awareness, and the freedom available when we stop identifying with the mind.

The Enneagram

A precise map of personality patterns, revealing how your protection became your prison.

Self-Determination Theory

The science of intrinsic motivation, autonomy, and what humans actually need to thrive.

I don't treat your patterns as problems. They are intelligent adaptations that once kept you safe — and now quietly limit you.

The first step is to stop leaving yourself.

You don't need to know exactly what you want.

You just need to be willing to stay present with yourself when everything in you wants to disappear.
